Is delivery included in the price of the box?

Katy’s Gift Boxes will deliver all across Hertfordshire for just £2.50 no matter how many boxes you order.

Can I send the gift boxes internationally?

At the moment we do not offer this service.

Who makes the products and where are they from?

Our Katy’s Gift Boxes Ltd family is made up of 10 independent, artisan producers, all of whom are based within Hertfordshire.

This is a gift, will there be any pricing information in the box?

No – we’ll email you confirmation of your purchase with payment information, but we won’t include any payment information in the gift box. We know you’ll often be sending these as gifts and won’t want the recipient to see this info!

Can I swap items in a gift box for something else?

At this time we sell the 3 gift boxes as they are and will be unable to swap items but in the future we are looking to offer a select your own service.

Can I just order the products individually?

At this time you will not be able to purchase the products individually.

How can I find out all the allergen information?

All the allergen information is provided on the supplier information pages.

How can I cancel an order placed with Katy’s Gift Boxes Ltd?

With our pre orders, we can offer refunds up to 48 hours after your order has been paid for. This is due to us ordering the correct amount of stock from our third party producers for your box promptly once you have placed your order.  

Can I schedule deliveries?

At this time you will not be able to schedule a delivery.  We are taking pre-orders for Christmas gifts up until 30th November. 

Boxes ordered up to the 15th November will be delivered by the 9th December at the latest.

Boxes ordered between the 16th - 30th November will be delivered by the 20th December at the latest.

Is your site secure?

The website is highly secure. We are dedicated to providing the best shopping experience and use up-to-date industry-leading technology to keep your information safe. We are partnered with Shopify for your payment data; we have full confidence in these platforms and your data is not shared with any third parties.

Is the information I provide kept private?
